Conditions
Rental from 5:00 pm on date of arrival until 10:00 am on date of departure.
The rates include: linens for kitchen, bedroom, bathroom; parking spot in garage and/or outdoor parking.
The rates do not include: electrical power, hot water, telephone, heating, final cleaning, water and drainage fee, urban solid waste fee.
Final cleaning:
- € 85,00 for two-room apt
- € 95,00 for three-room apt
- Kitchen cleaning: € 40,00
Security deposit:
- € 300,00 per week
- € 500,00 per month
- € 1.000,00 for seasonal rental
- A down payment will also be required upon arrival
THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE (children included) STAYING IN THE APARTMENT MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER DESIGNATED FOR THE APARTMENT.
The recently constructed complex an renovatend in 2022, is located in the center of Temù, looks out over the Valle d’Avio, the Adamello range and the Temù ski trails.
Separate apartments come with all the necessities: linens, pots and pans, dishes and silverware; completely furnished in period style and equipped with:

Pet are welcome at a fee:
